Founder & Managing Partner
Karl Tremblay is a seasoned CFO with over 15 years of experience in finance, M&A, and growth strategy. He is recognized for blending hands-on execution with strategic clarity, helping organizations navigate complex transitions — from acquisitions and capital raises to digital and operational transformations.
Having led mandates across Canada, the United States, and Europe, Karl brings a cross-border perspective and a deep understanding of how data, structure, and leadership drive sustainable growth. His work is grounded in financial rigor, operational discipline, and a genuine commitment to building organizations that last.
Throughout his career, he has led strategic activities across various domains, including Finance, Accounting and Compliance, Legal Affairs, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sustainability (ESG Integration), Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing.
He has successfully overseen major financial transactions, including fundraising, debt financing and mergers and acquisitions, with a total value exceeding $250 million.
